In the Worldline family the Acceptance- and Petrol teams are responsible for the design, build and operate flexible, reliable and sustainable acceptance and fleet card authorization services with different delivery models from licensing, Hosting up to BPO that fit in the customer strategies and help our customers to operate and grow their business sustainable.

As Business Analyst (m/f/d)Mobility Services you work at the interface between the Clients and our agile development teams.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • You will analyse technical requirements and develop concepts and specifications for the implementation within the products for which your team is responsible
  • You support in the creation and maintenance of technical and professional documents, as well as the presentation of the products under your responsibility
  • You will advise and support external and internal clients with problems and point out adequate alternative solutions
  • You support Client Delivery Management and Account Management in the context of pre-sales activities and business delivery
  • You are involved in the governance and the daily business operations of a service
  • Together with the whole service product team you will be able to craft the advancement of a global service product

Skills we can’t do without:

  • Completed studies in the field of business informatics, software engineering or comparable courses
  • Analytical thinking and abstraction skills and a structured way of working
  • Teamwork skills
  • You have very good presentation and communication skills in German and English

Skills we would like to see:

  • Knowledge around electronic payment and/or experience with credit- or fleet card are a plus
  • First professional experience with agile working methods and dynamically evolving environments
