We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and people-orientated individual who would like to support the growing Sales team within the ePayments division of Worldline.

Our goal, as a team, is to 'move the needle’ on growing new business revenue by creating a best-in-class sales force fully supported by sales tools & technology, sales training, data, content, processes and communications.

Reporting to Sales Enablement Director and working closely with the Head of Sales Acceleration, you will support our Direct Enterprise Sales team. It is an administrative role that covers a variety of tasks including: providing executive support to the Sales Leadership, 1to1 coaching of sales people, 1st line support for tools, handling incoming leads and documentation.

You will be sales-facing in your role and will work closely with members of your own team and with other departments. You will be highly structured and organised, be able to handle multiple projects/stakeholders simultaneously. You may be early in your career, so experience is less important than a ‘can do’ attitude and desire to succeed in a fast-changing environment.

About the team

We are a small and mighty team of, soon to be 10, Sales Ops & Enablement professionals. We help Sales sell. We are looking for someone with positive energy to share our passion for providing an outstanding experience for our salespeople who in turn provide an outstanding experience for our Merchants. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Sales Team with their administrative tasks
  • Conducting Salesforce pipeline hygiene sessions with Sales people
  • Assisting with organising of training, events and outbound communications
  • Manage licences and provide first line support of our key sales tools (Salesforce, Sales Navigator, Showpad, Outreach)
  • Process new joiners & leavers
  • Maintain accurate trackers and follow-up where necessary
  • Document sales processes & procedures
  • Provide back-up to other members of the team in the execution of their roles

  • Energetic and ambitious
  • Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate at multiple levels within organisation
  • Confident in coaching and guiding others
  • Comfortable with technology and comfortable resolving user queries first-hand
  • Process-driven and able to create clear, accurate and detailed documentation
  • Good at managing own workload and meeting deadlines
  • Fluent in English - both written and verbal
  • Office and Excel, advanced skill level
  • Minimum education secondary school +3 years.
