Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Support, train and monitor the Bank's branch network in order to achieve its objectives at the level of acquiring.  

In addition, this management is categorized into 2 sub-sections:

  1. Geographical management (concerns Central, N. Greece, N. Greece, W. Greece, )
  2. Management of sectors and consequently regions of the branch network.

For modules 1 & 2, the main axes of their activity are:  Support - Maintenance - Activation - Increase of the network of cooperating commercial enterprises, in order to increase turnover and commission revenues. These axes are specialized in the following actions:

  • Daily management and monitoring of branches of the Bank's network.
  • Monthly schedule of visits to the above branches.
  • Analysis of the needs of these branches, monitoring of objectives, training for new products or services, drawing conclusions based on the information provided on trends in the use of cards.
  • Segment market items into specific industries to better support branches’ sales strategy.
  • Monitor the evolution of sales budget per managed sector and define a plan of actions for deviations.
  • Development of synergies with cooperating commercial companies in order to increase the use of cards (participation in the loyalty & loyalty program, €pistrofi).
  • Identification and evaluation of competition actions.

B. COORDINATION OF BANK NETWORKS

At a regional level, Sales Network Support mission is to exploit synergies with the branche’s clientele.

More specifically, it coordinates the following actions:

  • Exploitation of synergies aiming at greater penetration in the clientele of the sales networks through the realization of joint meetings with existing or potential customers.
  • Upgrading and deepening relationships with existing customers for complementary products and services (e-pos, payment link, smart pos, inclusion of businesses in the return program, installment programs, installment financing through Wholesale SB  & Business Centers).
  • Coordination of the respective units with the aim of activating inactive businesses.
  • Implementation of training programs for the network of Business Centers  .
  • Suggestions for the improvement & upgrading of processes in order to better serve businesses.

Skills we can’t do without:

  • Proven work experience in sales and network management
  • Degree in Business
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Excellent Negotiation Skills
  • Excellent command of English language 
  • Advamced skills in Excell and Power point

Skills we’d like:

  • Experience in Payments Industry
  • Knowledge of Acquiring business
