Cardlink, member of Worldline SA, is the largest Network Service Provider in Greece and provides fast and secure services to merchants and consumers in their day-to-day payment transactions, both in physical and electronic commerce.

The Opportunity

Within the Merchant Services 2nd Line of Defense Security team, Worldline Greece is looking to hire an Information Security Officer, to coordinate IT security practices and regulatory requirements.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Monitoring and participating in the development / enhancement of security risk management, and internal controls and processes.
• Ensuring compliance with local and industry specific regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, PCI PIN, ISO27001, CROE) and supporting the implementation and monitoring of the required controls and processes.
• Conducting periodic audits of security controls and processes to validate their effectiveness, identify risks, and promote continuous improvement.
• Monitoring and collaborating in internal and external audits.
• Providing guidance to the 1st Line of Defense security organization.
• Vendor assurance (security) of key suppliers. 
• Supporting the security activities and initiatives the of MS Security organization.

Who Are We Looking For

• Bachelor / Master’s degree in IT, IT Security, or equivalent.
• Certificate in security (e.g., CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP) is a strong plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Information security, security risk management and / or cyber security.
• Proven knowledge of relevant security frameworks (e.g., PCI DSS, PCI PIN, ISO27001).
• Knowledge of the payment industry is a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Greek and English.
• Results driven and persistent.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Multicultural mindset and flexibility.
