Cardlink, member of Worldline SA, is the largest Network Service Provider in Greece and provides fast and secure services to merchants and consumers in their day-to-day payment transactions, both in physical and electronic commerce. 

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Manages and administers the testing equipment (UAT, production testing terminals, test cards, keys, certificates, test scripts) so they are up to date/up and running
• Assures the correct and consistent offering of services to customers
• Executes the required service/product tests, during the testing phase and during operations
• Categorizes the severity of defects found, according their impact to customers
• Detects and examines software defects in services and products, with proposals for possible fixes
• Documents testing outcomes and uses them to assists in new product development
• Assists the platform owner in new incidents resolution
• Participates in new vendor product inspections and third-party software tests
• Automate tests as needed
• Review tests developed by others
• Evaluate non-functional characteristics such as performance efficiency, reliability, usability, security, compatibility, and portability

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• 2-5 years of work experience as a Quality assurance/Testing officer, specifically in Web applications
• Demonstrated experience with black box testing techniques
• Good knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Analytical Thinking and problem-solving skills
• Attention to Detail
• Thinking Outside the Box
• Willingness to Learn New Technologies

Skills we’d like:

• ISTQB certification
• Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, automation tools
• Experience in the eCommerce & Payments Industry
