A passionate Manager - Sales who will hunt for new accounts. Partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers. Responsible for achieving monthly revenue targets of the assigned portfolio, mine for cross sell and up sell opportunities, increase Ingenico wallet share in the assigned portfolio, enhance merchant stickiness. Accounts managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly revenue targets

  • Enhance Worldline Wallet Share in the assigned accounts

  • Cross Sell and Up Sell other products of Worldline to the clients in the assigned portfolio

  • Hunt for new logo and onboard the merchant.

  • Look out for New Partner for Strategic Alliance.

  • Share knowledge on new products and enhancements,

  • Performs collection activities as required

  • Participates in continued education to learn about new products and improved account management  techniques

  • Tracks sales statistics / Forecasts and submits them to Manager for periodic reviews

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to customers in the portfolio.

  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders

  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives.
