Our Global HR Services team acts as the central point of contact for all employee life cycle operations, maintaining our HR global policies and processes, overseeing our regional HR support, and providing exceptional HR transactional guidance and employee experience to a global employee base.

We are looking for a Global Team Leader HR Services to manage the team that delivers on all these functions and is comfortable in both a strategic and hands on role, with a passion for innovative solutions and engaging and retaining strong talent.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Prioritize team support by providing day-to-day guidance on first level decision and direction on employee data transactions, queries, and other HR processes (daily stand ups)
Responsible for the overall capacity planning of the Global HR Services team
Single Point of Contact for the HR Project Managers from the HRIS team with regards to required project support from the Global HR Services team
Reports to the Head HRIS and Employee Services on HR Service KPIs
Partner with Legal, Security, Audit and other internal teams to manage cross-functional global audit and compliance projects,
Support local and regional HR team members to enhance and develop the HR services procedures, systems, and processes, while creating global standards and templates
Understand our business goals and recommend new approaches, simplifications, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvement and innovation in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within Worldline
Support the maintenance, monitoring, and communication of Global HR Policy Framework in line with Global policy changes
Support the team hands-on in SuccessFactors EC and Talent Suite modules when needed; Be part of the HR Services Leadership team
Who Are We Looking For
3 - 5 years of experience in HR operations, employee life cycle, and HR transactions including project management
Several years of strong people management experience, ideally managing a Global HR Operations team
Proven ability in Team Leader's coach and inspire growing teams
Proven functional experience with SuccessFactors for Employee Data Management and Position Management
Ideally participated or lead a transformation from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors from an HR Services point of view
Experience working in a global, multi-functional context - ability to balance global and local requirements
Ability to make decisions on day-to-day activities and escalate timely
Collaborative approach and ability to partner cross-functionally
Ability to work in an agile, dynamic, rapid-changing environment by prioritizing situations which require sense of urgency
Fluent in English, French and /or German would be a plus
