The Opportunity
Our Global Support Function in Romania are growing rapidly and will expand from 250 to 500 people. A vital part of this is plan is to build a team of two support engineers that will serve the local businesses and report to the Director for Corporate IT EMEA. What makes this unique is that we are redefining our Corporate IT support, making sure that we can provide even better services to the business in this ever constantly evolving environment. As a member of the team you will have 50+ engineering colleagues though EMEA serving 6000+ business users in different geographical locations. You will build relationship with stakeholders locally and with international teams so we hope you posses a good level of English both verbal and written. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Ensure that service levels are met, and all customer satisfaction grades are high
• Coordinate Corporate IT activities with business partners and other departments
• Tackle global challenges regarding incidents, changes and problems
• Seek opportunities to apply synergies and support improvements
• Identify the necessity of structural improvements and gaps in IT processes
Who Are We Looking For
• Knowledge of Windows servers and the administration thereof
• Profound experience in O365 and the Microsoft Office suite
• Possess complex knowledge in 1st line IT support
• Validated understanding of network basics
• Master customer service, interoperability, and the ability to work independently
• Experience with ServiceNow (or any ticketing system) and Azure are nice to have
