You can make a difference by executing the following roles and responsibilities
- Responsible for effectively migrating HR processes and activities from local units to the HR SSC in line with the project scope and timeline
- Gather business requirements, creating functional specifications and writing documentation such as Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Build and manage a team of HR specialists in Shared Service Center which will take over the tasks and report to you after the transition
- Transition the gathered information on tasks and processes and ensure correct execution
- Be accountable for the successful delivery of large projects or multiple project delivery
- Be responsible for Project Planning, Scoping and Design
- Deliver project design and solution
- Deliver projects within timescales and budgets
- Identify, analyse and mitigate or escalate potential risks and issues
- Ensure quality of project deliverables and management of quality issues
- Manage successfully change strategy within the Worldline organizations in collaboration with the Change Stream
- Achieve successful business sign off, handover to post implementation support function
- Set up and run review/status meetings with project team, local sponsors and Local steering committees
- Ensure that the appropriate level of support is available to the operations team and their clients during the transition cycle
- Contribute to processes and systems improvements according to best practices
- Implement best practices for transition management
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Transition Management
- Has done already transitions to Shared Service Centers for HR
- Has worked as team leader in a Shared Service Center
- Sound SAP SuccessFactors knowledge and experience is a plus
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Good understanding of the HR existing processes and technologies
- Comfortable in working within a cross-cultural environment
- Ability to perform hands-on management to supplement work stream lead
- Need to be a team player
- Bachelor or master degree
- Any kind of project management qualification is a plus
- English and French fluently; other foreign languages would be a plus
- Dynamic, approachable, accountable and available
- Open-minded and “can-do” attitude which encourages innovation, embraces change and displays resilience against adversity
- Willingness to travel. Business Travel: Project specific travelling is mandatory
This role will be transformed after the initial work as Transition manager into a future team leader role for the processes and services transferred to the HR Shared Service Center.
