We aim to engage and activate all employees in their individual digital up- and re-skilling journey.

We are looking to onboard a skilled Digital Learning expert to support a high-impact learning and development approach ensuring appropriate adaptation, adoption and inclusion.

In this role, you should equally be passionate about People and Technology : passionate about helping people learn and grow and about Innovative Training & Development solutions (serious games, Virtual Reality, Metaverse etc.)

The role reports to the Head of Global Employee Engagement and Development.

The role

You will be responsible for bringing the Digital Learning platform to the next level both in terms of strategy and implementation. You will design and manage a portfolio of best-in-class digital upskilling journeys for various target groups (job families) within Worldline, which includes the following:

  • Design the path totransformation from offering a digital learning curriculum to offering a “digital learning space” content and technology-wise.
  • Implement and drive the transformation to this “digital learning space”
  • Translate group-wide digital skill gaps to tangible learning goals
  • Set-up Worldline knowledge management
  • Investigate and implement other modes of learning (like gaming etc.) and ensure and evaluate the purchase of new learning technology
  • Drive innovation in the “digital learning space” and promote technology use to enable 21st century learning skills such as collaboration
  • Deliver the best possible digital learning journey experience
  • Work on and manage the Digital Learning Platform
  • Optimize the user experience and processes around the LMS (import and export of learning data, reporting, uploading training hours, registration to courses, authorization etc.)
  • Promote digital learning within the company
  • Accountable for Learning Journey performance KPIs (financial, process, utilization and experience related)
  • Develop digital pedagogy capacity in own PD staff and among respective WL employees (trainers, experts etc.)

Requirements and skills

You are our ideal candidate if you have a strong interest in digitalization from a process, technology and experience perspective.

  • Master Degree in Business Management/Human Resources/IT or similar
  • 8 years of People Development/ Learning experience on effective and future proof-learning and development methods, trends and software
  • An experience in skills gaps identification and creation of plans to bridge these gaps; upskilling or reskilling of existing workforce
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms, metaverse and innovative practices
  • Experience in agile working
  • An experience in budgets and relationships management with vendors and consultants
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written English); sharp business acumen
  • Strong relationship skills; Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
