The opportunity

About the team

As one of Worldline Merchant Services’ Benelux Go-to-Market divisions, Revenue Growth focuses on identifying opportunities in our business to increase revenues and secure OMDA. This requires high engagement from a marketing and business standpoint.  You are our ideal candidate if you have a solid understanding of business models B2B marketing, the experience of scaling businesses across multiple geographies, accelerating growth playbooks, and experience in driving revenue growth. Experience in CRM tolls like Salesforce or Odoo is recommended. In this role, you’ll report to the Marketing Director Benelux Merchant Services.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

The purpose of the Go-To-Market BeNeLux team is to ensure the commercial success of products and services thanks to a well-defined go-to-market strategy. This team works in close collaboration with various teams (sales, campaign, corporate communication, business intelligence, commercial planning…) to bring a value proposition suitable for a defined target market & help sales teams to reach their targets.

  • Identifying and follow up opportunities to increase the revenues and secure OMDA
  • Following the programs of revenue growth
  • Leading of re-pricing programs
  • Collecting market insight to better understand the needs, requirements, challenges and opportunities in the market
  • Analyse the merchant base
  • On top, you will also be responsible for the implementation of a CRM tool within Benelux. Experience with Odoo and/or Salesforce is recommended

Signs of success

  • You have a Master degree
  • You have min. 7 years of relevant professional experience
  • You are fluent in French and/or Dutch & English, other languages is an asset

  • You have an analytical mindset with troubleshooting skills
  • You love to work in a dynamic team and are always eager to continue learning
