As Sales Assistant, you will be part of a team of 8, all supporting our team of 70 Sales Advisors and Account Managers, so that they can focus on their core commercial tasks. These Sales Advisors and Account Managers are working for small and medium accounts, as well as Partners & Integrators.
Your day-to-day responsibilities include
- Assist with the creation of commercial contracts
- Help complete orders for Partners
- Answer commercial questions of high value customers (telephone and email)
- Collect inside the sales organization detailed inputs to sales forecasting and be the coordination point from sales with logistic and warehouse (includes consignment stocks during boost periods)
- Central point of contact for digitalization of sales forces : provide input and help with usage adoption of tools like ODOO, Showpad,etc..
- Provide support to sales managers with regards to pipeline tracking (Sales Force and ODOO) and lead qualification and dispatching of opportunities between teams.
- Facilitate communication with Operations with regards to pending services requests and Tickets.
- You obtained a Bachelor’s degree or you have 2-3 years of relevant experience
- You have a very good level in French and Dutch, with a good level of English
- You combine very strong administrative skills with a commercial mindset
- You have strong communication skills to interact with clients
