The opportunity

The Senior Functional Analyst Middleware will join an established team of Analysts and will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Gather and translate the Business and high level functional requirements of new projects and functionalities in order to create a Detailed Functional Analysis that will be used as input for the developments
• Create and maintain XSDs.
• Create and maintain request-response and error code mapping.
• Create and maintain UML diagrams where needed.
• Design best in class EAI – JBOSS solutions.
• Define impact and estimates of new requests with support of the team
• Create and maintain the functional documentation
• Analyze and understand applications to interface.
• Integrate robustness and maintainability in code
• Functional validation of the delivered code

Signs of success

• Experience with Agile, XML, XSD, WSDL, SOAP & REST WS, as well as UML is required,
• Experience in the payment domain would be an asset,
• Experience as a Product Owner is preferred, but not required,
• Experience with Jira and Confluence would be an additional asset,
