This is a key position supporting the Finance team on the Reporting side.
The Financial Reporting Specialist will be responsible for performing reporting activities for Worldline European locations, following Standard Accounting Policies and Procedures.

Build strong relationships with the team and local business team from the allocated country
You participate in WL Group Reporting processes (monthly closings)
You perform different reporting processes for different countries and area of responsibility (balance sheet, P&L, CAPEX etc.)
You support the country reporting officers in the different reporting processes
You perform reviews and reconciliations on reported figures to ensure consistency and integrity of information
You are responsible for maintaining reporting checks files and perform continuous improvement
You prepare monthly close package, perform detailed variance analysis on the reported financial information, and research and investigate any significant fluctuations between IT systems (SAP Nessie, IRIS etc.)
Preparation of closing call and monthly review templates
You collaborate when reporting with R2R, Controlling, and other teams as required
Who Are We Looking For

Educational background in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
2+ year of professional experience in Finance / Controlling (Consolidation & Reporting)
Relevant experience in a shared service center environment, accounting, or financial area would be a plus
Strong knowledge of R2R and Controlling processes
Capacity to respect deadlines
You possess analytical and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of working in SAP and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Strong Excel skills (database)
Your English at very good level, French is a plus
