The Opportunity

You will work in an international team of highly motivated, internal and external recruiters, HR professionals, Hiring Managers, coordinating with different global teams and be responsible for onboarding all new joiners in Bucharest Romania office. We are in a build-up phase and implementing standard methodologies and new processes. Your innovative ideas are very welcome!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Welcoming new employees
  • Being responsible for HR Onboarding (induction program, HR systems), helping in developing and implementing the Onboarding policy;
  • Responsible for all pre-Onboarding activities: pre-employment medical check; update of the HR management system, delivery of documents
  • Payroll: providing accurate and timely data to the external payroll provider for salary calculation.
  • Personnel administration: updating and managing the employment contracts, personnel files; ensuring compliance of HR documents with local legislation; advising employees on queries related to personnel data
  • Advising the company’s staff on employee relations matters, HR policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with different providers and local authorities to ensure compliance with the local legislation and implementation of the HR processes and/or initiatives (e.g. medical services provider, health & safety provider)
  • Responsible for probationary period process
  • Performance management and L&D administration in the system
  • Conducting the exit interviews
  • HR data: maintaining up to date the data in the HR systems (e.g. MyHR, Employee database, time tracker)
  • Reporting: preparing of periodic external and internal reports, HR dashboard
  • Support the implementation of various local and/or global HR and/or employee related initiatives.)

Who Are We Looking For

  • Someone who enjoys working with people and thrives on offering a great work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Nice to have 3 years in HR administration and/or payroll areas
  • Good knowledge of Romanian labour law
  • Previous experience with SAP HR module would be an advantage
  • Languages: proficient in English, both speaking and writing
  • Attention to details
  • Good organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Good knowledge of MS Office packages (Excel, Word, PPT etc.)
