Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Assure financial management of the Global business division Digital Services (hereafter “GBD”).
• Act as financial conscience within the GBD management
• Assure GBD performance: Target-setting (budget), actual analysis and action plan
• Drive project/portfolio controlling
• Represent GBD interests towards all stakeholders (internal/external, suppliers/partner…)
• Lead or support project within or outside GBD
• Support local CFO in WL BNL entities
• Assure month end closing process for terminal business and project
• Drive GBD to align with strategic / financial targets
• Budget process*: Align with target, breakdown to / coordinate with local entities
• Actual closing (in SAP) *: Support of local entities, analyses, reporting/ analysis/reviews, work on action plan
• Project portfolio management: Strategic alignment, resource alignment, business case for Invest, capi/OOI assessment
• Management of Ingenico relations: Support Supplier-management, setup and maintain an overview of invoices, check for deviations vs price-list, check necessity/accuracy of accruals, support budget
• Project reporting: Gather and normalize inputs from local finance teams, support of PMO to provide consistent project report (in excel)
• Specific focus on terminal-purchase (COGS) incl. alignment with interco supplier/ customers, repair
• Support local closing process for CPO, including COGS
• Support P2P process (review PRF)
• Preparation of the booking for capitalized R&D costs
• NVC reporting: variance analysis for CPO scope for BNL
• Support project setup (WBS creation and review)

• Higher education in finance, accounting & controlling  
• Languages skills: English fluent
• >5y practical experience in controlling
• Stock management preferred
• Ability to influence and convince
• Enthusiastic, self-starting with a positive outlook
• Ability to communicate and interact in matrix / multi country environment
• You are known for your strong analytical skills
• You are result-oriented and focus on quality of delivery
• Creative approach to problem solving
• Strong team player
