The Opportunity
Service Delivery Manager is a member of Incident & Response Team in an international context of Cyber Defense Center. The team has to implement and maintain new technologies and tools aimed at security for Worldline’s defence. SDM is responsible for leading security service management, maintaining availability, quality and compliance, ensuring KPIs are met.Performs reporting, analysis and suggests improvements plans. Actively engaged in Project Management, plans and coordinates activities following project management frameworks.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Establish and govern security services, aligning to the company’s framework and security policies;
- Design, Plan and implement a Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) for the security services delivered;
- Lead the development, maintenance and exceutions of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
- Ensure measurable KPIs and availability of service are met. Analyze KPI failures, identify measures for improvement and drive the implementation;
- Visualization of costs and regular reporting to major stakeholders as input for strategic and tactical decisions;
- Manage all issues, including prioritization setting and internal communication.

- You can manage and prioritize tasks efectivelly;
- Proven ability to lead change and drive CSI;
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written. Ability to foster collaboration and to provide clear instructions and purpose to the team;
- You master the principles fof ITIL for service management and Project Management;
- Motivation and passion for to delivery of superios, high quality IT Security services;
- 3 years previous experience as Service Delivery Manager or similar.
