The Opportunity

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Manage relationship with bank key officials and branches
• Coach FOS regularly to allow them to better manage the input and output deliveries
• Capable of hiring and  handling of large no of FOS 
• Draw up local plans post study of market size of assigned geography 
• On-board , induction and training to newly hired team
• Drive team level R&R and engagement practice.

• You can Drive for result, able to demonstrate/quantity success relative established targets and metrics.
• You've got substantial knowledge about Market Knowledge and Competition
• Excellent interpersonal skills to manage situation on the ground
• Motivation and passion for Driving team level R&R and engagement practice.  
• Excellent Communication and Presentation skills
• Should handle merchant escalation in market & Partner with various internal stakeholders to resolve them.
• 4- 6 years of relevant experience
