The Opportunity

Managing stakeholders, ensuring to collaborate, understand the requirement  to work effectively  and achieving the objective on common ground under win-win situation for both  by providing technical consulting and advisory services to cross functional teams

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Involvement in projects, maintenance activities, DR Drills, implementations, etc.
  • Impart Trainings to the team to enhance their expertise & gain other domain knowledge. Act as Trainer for Trouble Shooting & Support.
  • Set Roles & Responsibilities for team and Work towards zero escalation plan. Assign project modules to groom them to next level. Develop good relationship with users, peers and engineers. Perform complete Analysis for regular improvement
  • Administration & Management of NW Operations  Management 24x7
  • IT Budgeting & Planning with CAPEX & OPEX Model
  • IT Risk Analysis, Capacity Planning, Forecasting, Streamlining, Improvement on Technical front, develop and adapt any ideas that bring IT services to higher level
  • Understanding the RFP, provide the Pre-bid queries, and creating solution as per RFP requirement along with deployment.
  • Managing the MIS, billing and renewals on day-to-day basis for Network Team
  • Managing and adherence of Problem Management as per Global standards
  • Handling scheduling of employees and related personnel issues including day-to-days issues/escalations from different processes within the company.
  • Facilitates weekly review/meeting with in the team by setting up the agenda of current/ongoing/most frequently issues/incident happening to discuss for better resolution with input from all team members.
  • Motivates team to work together in the most efficient manner. Assist, Plan and Coordinate with team for regular check of IT infrastructure for potential problems/issues/bottlenecks and work the department.

  • You can Own and participate in undertaking routine Preventative measures.
  • You've got substantial knowledge VPN Configuration / Troubleshooting, Routing / Switching & it’s troubleshooting.
  • Ability Managing stakeholders, ensuring to collaborate, understand the requirement  to work effectively  and achieving the objective on common ground under win-win situation for both  by provide technical consulting and advisory services to cross functional teams
  • Motivation and passion for Training and Mentoring Level 1 network engineers and other staff as necessary.
  • Excellent Troubleshooting of network related incidents (link outages, peer outages, router/switch/firewall hardware failures, multicast and broadcast issues, network performance issues). You master CCNA & CCIE or CCNP
  • X-X years working in 16-18 Years of experience into networking BSFI Domain.
