You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

We are looking for a Senior Reporting Analysis Specialist to analyze and report data related to Configuration Management and Operating Excellence reporting. Be part of our move from our in house CMDB to Service Now CM.

You’ll be part of an international team Operational Control, supporting FS Delivery Center Merchant & Acquiring Services

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

• Reporting on Configuration management of ServiceNow
• Giving advice on the information obtained
• Drawing up an action plan to obtain data about or to support business processes
• Process the obtained data and convert it into easy to use reporting
• Suggest improvements on reporting.
• Gather statistics to be used on the monthly KPI / Operating Excellence reporting.
• Improve KPI reporting
• Preparing (adhoc) reports and presentations
• Giving advice on the information obtained

Who Are We Looking For

We look for someone wo is accurate with affinity for data relations who dreams of Excel and reporting. People with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• 6+ Years of relevant experience
• You are specialist in Microsoft excel, the latest 365 version: tables; slicers; Power Pivot; Power Query; graphs
• Knowledge about Service Now, including reporting
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
• sql to make queries to retrieve data
• Accurate and affinity with numbers
• Presentation skills and the ability to explain complex information in an understandable way
• Knowledge on reporting tools like PowerBI
• Proactive and enterprising, contributes creative ideas for the collection or analysis of data
• Professional and result oriented team-player
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English

Nice to have Skills:

• ITIL Foundation (v3 or 4.0) certification
