In the context of high growth and transformation, we are looking for an HRBP M/W to be part of the Worldline MS HR Team and head HR for the Market Department.

Within the Global MS HR team, you will be the support and business partner of the Chief Market Officer. You will work with the Market management team, Global MS HR, as well as the local HR teams. Your objective will be to ensure HR activities are deployed as well as projects to support the business goals.

You will integrate a multiskilled team and work on all the HR cycle steps all throughout the year.

You are in charge of an operational perimeter of 1.000+ employees working in several locations all around the globe. You will be working in a matrix organization where you will have to influence people not reporting to you directly.

In close relation with local HRBP, you will work into the matrix of the organization to handle all HR-related topics of the operational perimeter. As far as the Market department is concerned, you will need to propose initiatives as well as support the implementation of HR actions. You should have a mix of critical thinking and the ability to be hands-on.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

In this context, your main mission will be to support the teams, managers, and employees, in the implementation of Worldline HR policy :

  • Support the managers and employees in their roles.
  • Ensure a reporting and HR critical metrics qualitative follow-up.
  • Participate in transversal HR projects related to the moment in time as well as the legal evolutions
  • Chip in to the different exercises of Business Partnering, in full coordination with HR Verticals :
  1. Recruitment and mobility
  2. Performance and people/talent review
  3. Compensation & Benefits
  4. Learning & development

Signs of success

  • Graduated in business or HR, you have a broad experience in human resources as a generalist but could also have business or HR expertise experience on top.
  • You have the ability to self-organize yourself, as well as analyze and implement in an autonomous manner. Your punctiliousness, dynamism, and ability to adapt are recognized. Communication skills are also requested for the role as the ability to work transversally in a matrix organization.
  • You are at ease with IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • You have a magnificent proficiency in English at verbal and written levels (C1 level requested).
