• Sorumlusu olduğu izleme sistemlerinin kurulum, konfigürasyon ve sürekliliğini sağlamak,
• İzleme sistemlerine yansıyan uyarı durumunda bilgilendirme sürecini başlatmak, mevcut araçlar üzerinden mesaj, e-posta ve telefon yoluyla ilgili birimleri bilgilendirmek,
• İzleme sistemleri ile takip edilen grafiklerdeki sıradışı durumları tespit edip bilgilendirme sürecini başlatmak,
• Bilgi havuzunda yer alan müdahaleleri uygulamak, çözüm sağlanamıyorsa ilgili ekibi bilgilendirmek,
• Olay Yönetimi yaparak analizi ve çözülmesi için ilgili ekiplere olay kaydı açmak

Genel Nitelikler

• 7/24 izlenmesi gereken Bilgi Sistemlerinin gece ve gündüz vardiya döngüsünde görev almasına engel bir durumu olmayan
• Üniversitelerin en az 2 yıllık bölümlerinden mezun . (Tercihen Bilgisayar, Bilişim Sistemleri, Elektronik bölümlerinden mezun)
• En az orta düzey İngilizce yabancı dil bilgisine sahip
• MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio) uygulamalarını etkin bir şekilde kullanabilen
• Temel düzeyde sunucu, storage, veritabanı, LAN, WAN, yazılım, Microsoft Windows, Linux OS bilgisine sahip olan
