Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • To manage the entire Worldline sales portfolio to one or several customers
  • In charge of setting and executing the account strategy both for hunting new business & for fertilization
  • To build sustainable and valuable relationships with the clients/partners in order to complete the 360° view of his/her client
  • Position Worldline as a business partner, in order to identify and create new business opportunities
  • Articulate Worldline solutions into a value proposition that answers the client needs
  • Propose innovative approaches and partnerships in order to develop unsolicited offers
  • To establish the unique value propositions that will increase Worldline revenue, profit and market share
  • To lead the full sales cycle process, from the opportunity identification to order, including the win workshop and rainbow bidding processes

Skills we can’t do without:

  • Experience selling IT / Technology services and solutions (particularly to Banking or Financial) 
  • Understanding of local/regional payment eco-system (competitors, partners, solutions) and trends
  • Strong sales, business development experience for large strategic accounts and market initiatives
  • Lead by example on strategic account planning workshops and documentation discipline
  • Pipeline development, tracking and momentum through each sales stage
  • Proven capability in negotiating large commercial opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Executive presence and ability to engage with the CXO / Executive level
  • Understanding of the partnering landscape and experience building / cultivating relationships
  • Lead in-depth workshops to identify a customer’s business, operational and technical challenges  
  • Construct detailed proposals, clearly and succinctly communicating the business, commercial, operational, and technical benefits in non-technical speak and positioning of TaaS
  • Ability to present at seminars or similar public speaking venues
  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in similar sales / business development roles
  • Relevant University degree/ diploma (e.g., Business / Finance / Information Technology)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (both written and oral) in English and local language are required.
