The Opportunity

Currently we are looking for a versatile 2nd Line IT Support Specialist, who would coordinate and oversee completion small IT support related projects, which we call “Mission Management”. You would support our internal partners and customers, by making sure their cases are solved properly, using your skills in communication and stakeholder management. Our team is still growing and you’d have opportunity to provide valuable input and shape it!

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the implementation of small projects ("missions") for our customers / partners and you participate in customer meetings;
  • You coordinate and monitor the orders placed with various internal departments for network, application development, certification, testing and operations;
  • You ensure that the goals in terms of resources, schedule and quality are met;
  • You coordinate internally and externally the implementation of the services into production going through the test environments;
  • You pilot support for important components of the projects and ensure the IT operational readiness;

What We Are Looking For

  • You have university degree in in IT, business informatics, economics or project management;

  • You have English and Polish language skills at professional level;

  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in a similar IT support function or in project management/coordination;

  • You have strong analytical and organizational skills (ITIL experience is an asset);

  • You have working experience in remote team;

  • You are interested in technology;
