The opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to work with our rapidly growing sales team within the Digital Commerce division of Worldline. You'll empower customer-facing sales teams with the skills, knowledge, processes, and tools required to succeed in their role. Your goal is 'move the needle’ on growing new business revenue by creating a best-in-class sales force fully supported by sales tools & technology, sales training, data, content, processes, and communications.

You have a key role in scaling and refining our go-to-market efforts you will work closely with the Sales Enablement Director to launch, run, and optimize sales enablement programmes and initiatives for our front-line sales, worldwide. This is a highly cross-functional role, requiring close partnership with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product. You'll act as a representative of all sales teams and drive efficiency and alignment.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Manage cutting-edge processes, systems and sales tools to effectively support the scaling and go-to-market activities of our sales team
  • Continuous improvement of our New Hire Sales Induction programme to decrease the ramp up time.
  • Drive forward our Sales Academy learning programme to improve sales effectiveness
  • Work closely with Worldline Global Sales Excellence to embed the sales competencies programme
  • Work closely with Product Managers & Marketers to deliver impactful content that helps reduce time to close
  • Create sales enablement assets that simplify complex subjects into clear, digestible, actionable information
  • Optimise sales content delivered into hands of sales and customers via Showpad
  • Deliver campaigns to sales that improve ‘time to revenue’ for new product/geography releases
  • Drive adoption of sales tools that help drive up sales performance
  • Constantly iterate on our processes and tools to make them more effective and scalable
  • Establish key metrics to measure the success of our sales enablement programmes
  • Ensure content remains current & reflects the latest in product, market, and customer information

Skills we can't do without:

  • You will have 5+ years of relevant experience with a Sales Enablement role at a BtoB company
  • You are passionate about delivering outstanding experiences for our sales and our customers
  • You love enterprise sales, and you are constantly looking for ways to empower the people around you
  • You have a track record of creating Sales Enablement programmes and executing successfully
  • You excel with your proactive and hands-on approach and thrive in a fast-changing environment
  • You tell stories with data
  • You have experience working Salesforce and other Sales Enablement tools or platforms such as Showpad, Sales Navigator and Outreach
  • You are an Outstanding collaborator and communicator
  • Have excellent English language skills – both written and verbal
