We are looking for an highly organised, people-orientated and creative person to support the growing Sales team within the Digital Commerce division of Worldline.
As a team, our goal is to 'move the needle’ on growing new business revenue by creating a best-in-class sales force fully supported by sales tools & technology, sales training, data, content, processes and communications.
Reporting to Sales Enablement Director and working as a close-knit team with the Sales Tools & Processes Representative, you will help achieve our goal by providing supporting sales, by working with content and by being highly organisation.
Some prior experience is expected, ideally in a similar role. However, most important is that you are passionate about people, structured in your approach and have a ‘can do’ attitude to enable you to excel in a fast-changing environment.
About the team
We are a small yet mighty team of Sales Ops & Enablement professionals. We help Sales sell. We are looking for someone with positive energy to help us provide an outstanding experience for our salespeople, who in turn provide an outstanding experience for our Merchants. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
Sales Support
- Be first point of contact for field sales and provide cover for wider team during absences
- Conducting Salesforce pipeline hygiene sessions with Sales people
- Organize and host bi-weekly training sessions for Sales
- Manage our ‘New Hire induction’ programme
Content
- Build, send & track Sales Need to Know Newsletter
- Maintain, update and refine sales collateral owned by Sales Enablement (e.g. Sales Handbook)
- Capture, analyse and share content usage metrics
- Support initiatives to capture information from field (e.g. customer success stories)
Organisation
- Be the Sales Enablement programme manager ensuring initiatives are well planned, tracked & reported on
- Work closely with sales ops team on Salesforce.com, especially relating to analysis and reports
- Administer and analyse usage and effectiveness of sales tools (e.g. Sales Navigator, Showpad, Salesloft etc)
- Create and maintain documentation on all processes
Skills we can't do without:
- Graduate with 2+ years’ work experience or secondary school educated with 4+ years’ work experience
- Highly structured, organised and disciplined in work
- Enjoy helping people and solving problems
- Confident in coaching and guiding others
- Experienced with technology and able to resolve user queries first-hand
- Have a creative spark and have an excellent standard of written English.
- Able to handle multiple projects/stakeholders simultaneously.
- Love working with data and are eager to find actionable insights
- Hands-on approach, can do attitude and thrive in a fast-changing environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate at multiple levels within organisation
- Fluent in English - both written and verbal
- Office and Excel, advanced skill level
