Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- You will identify, investigate, assess and report on credit risk matters making sure that it complies with Worldline Merchant Underwriting Policies and Procedures.
- Lead operational decisions necessary to assure the quality standards and provides support to junior colleagues and share knowledge.
- Review allocated cases, manage case closures and maintain operations and ensure their completion within the agreed standards and turnaround times.
- Perform periodic reviews of level 1 and level 2 merchants to make sure there is no change in their credit risk exposure and present assessment recommendations to the relevant committees.
- Analyze areas of potential risk to the assets, earning capacity, or success of organizations, gather risk-related data, report every essential risk incident and maintain input or data quality of risk management systems.
- You will assure the completeness and correctness of the client documentation as well as preparation for review by various domestic and international credit risk committees.

You are motivated to work and proactively identify new credit risk trends and participate in developing appropriate credit risk mitigation strategies. You are passionate and implement, adapt, and maintain a unified credit risk process / policy within your own team.
Skills
- You are comfortable with analyzing financial statements and speaking to any CFO about it.
- You master credit concepts such as PD, LGD, EAD and various levels of credit exposure.
- You have a very good understanding of acquirer risks and obligations (compliance risk, chargeback risk, scheme rules, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and be able to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience
- University Degree in Commerce/Accounting or Finance.
- Experience with an acquirer or a payment service provider is a strong plus.
- Exposure to AML/KYC and awareness of fraud is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in acquiring credit risk environment.
