Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

• You have an extensive experience on Information Analysis and Functional Designs and support projects during their life cycle
• You ensure elicitation (align, advise, analyze, assort, describe & review) of the all requirements following the agreed process;
• You are co-responsible for the (establishing of) requirements management process;
• You ensure elicitation (align, advise, analyze, assort, describe & review) of the all requirements following the agreed process;
• You support the realization of functional test plans;
• You develop and plan own work and in some cases you lead and coordinate the work of other information analysts / engineers working closed with the Agile team for the implementation;
• You assist the Project Manager, Team Managers, other internal and external (i.e. clients) stakeholders in the production and maintenance of project plans and related governance activities
• You advise and support business development activities

Signs of success

• You have a solid knowledge of card issuance, card maintenance, interest calculation, delinquency processes, clearing, settlement and dispute management. Working experience on CAMS 2.6 application for at least 5 years is an advantage;
• You manage a lot of contact with (internal and external) clients, external suppliers and colleagues about the required functionalities and solution in a multinational context
• You have a validated understanding and experience with SCRUM development methodologies highly appreciated
• You tackle the day-by-day work with curiosity, proactivity, flexibility, accountability and attitude to work in team and in a multicultural environment;
• You have and IREB certificate
• You have an ITIL certificate

Skills we can’t do without:

• You have a Bachelor degree, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology Engineering, first class scores;
• You have Strong analytical skills and problem solving attitude;
• You have strong planning and organizing skills including the ability to manage several work streams simultaneously;
• You master a strong attention to detail and focus on task completion, Good team player, self-motivated and able to work on own initiative, Leadership, Excellent communication skills, Conflict management and Stress tolerance;
• You are Italian mother tongue or good level of Italian language, to interface the Italian clients, for collecting the needs and discussing the solutions and support project management activities
• You have a good level of English, spoken and written, working in an international team and environment. Any proven experience in an English-speaking Country will be positively evaluated
• You are available to travel abroad, if needed, for internal projects;
