Your day-to-day responsibilities include: 

•    You ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

•    You review and approve payroll data for accuracy, including processing payroll adjustments and resolving discrepancies
•    You build a solid network with other colleagues in order to maintain all data update regarding payroll issues
•    You develop and implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. Developing new policies and procedures for payroll administration

•    You run preparing reports on employee compensation costs, deductions, withholdings, benefits costs, and other relevant data; Managing the payroll process including the calculation of wages, deductions, and payment of employees’ wages

•    You lead audits by providing records and documentation to auditors; Identifies and recommends updates to payroll processing software, systems, and procedures monitoring government regulations and changes in labor law which may affect payroll processes implementing new payroll systems or updating existing systems to meet business needs

•    You coordinate  and Performs other duties as assigned.

•    You identify any issues related to payroll preparation issues and promptly make the correction … 
•    You follow the entire payroll preparation process, monitoring their correct compilation also in relation to any elements related to the work of employees
•    You are always update and well informed regarding any news relating to the national labor contract and any changes and updates to be made to internal contracts

Skills we can’t do without: 

•    You have graduated in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required (no mandatory)
•    Have experience in other areas of finance, such as accounting or finance.
•    Minimum of 8 years of overall Payroll experience, preferably in a large multinational company
•    Payroll Experience more than 10 years
•    Fluent English ( C1/C2 )
•    Vast knowledge in Payroll Accounting
•    Expat Payroll/shadow payroll knowledge
•    You have profound experience in payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
•    Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
•    You have sophisticated skills in Microsoft Office Suite or related software and payroll software. Knowledge of Zucchetti suite is a plus
•    Strong leadership to use to motivate the team to achieve their goals. As a senior manager, you may also be responsible for training new managers, so leadership skills can help you instruct others and teach them the skills they need to be successful
•    You possess sophisticated knowledge at Communication is the act of conveying information through speech, writing or other methods. As a senior payroll manager, you may be responsible for communicating with employees, managers and other stakeholders. Effective communication can help you convey information clearly and answer questions. You can use communication skills in many aspects of your job, including during meetings, when writing reports and when speaking with employees. Computer skills are essential. You should be familiar with various computer programs, including Microsoft Office, to complete your job duties. You should also be able to use a variety of software programs to complete tasks like data entry, creating reports and analyzing data
