Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Maintain and Manage Applications
- Contribute in building and running high scalable, mission critical application respecting SLAs
- Installing and Deploy software (Releases, Patches)
- Contribute to rapid restore of the service in case of incidents
- You take care of troubleshooting and debugging to resolve incidents
- Contribute in defining standard and target solutions
- Set up application monitoring and operational controls
- Contribute to delivery of Writing Standard Operating procedures and Operating Handbooks
- Support Build phase to define the right standard for the Run
- Committed to step in a Standby roster
Skills we can’t do without:
- Scientific mindset & Creative attitude
- English fluent
- 3 to 5 Years of professional experience
- Good technical Knowledge (ex:Linux, Oracle, PostGres)
- Knowledge in Cloud technologies and DevOps
- Knowledge main ITIL Processing
- Business and Service Oriented Mindset
- Accurate, systematic and result oriented approach
- Strong Problem solving and creativity skills
- Knowledge of ServiceNow and JIRA Ticketing tool is a plus
- Knowledge of the payments industry is a plus
- Knowledge of monitoring systems (ex: Zabbix, Grafana, Pagerdutty) is a plus
