The role is part of CIO Office in Technologies & Operation / Corporate IT organization
Missions
The software asset management manages the processes of the operational relationship with suppliers, its governance and its evaluation, software compliance (Asset Management) and the management of certain contracts. In this context, he interacts internally with the legal department, the purchasing department, the other technical entities of the IT department and the application managers.
Objectives
- Develop the relationship with suppliers by defining its governance, ensuring mutual communication on each of the organizations and acting as a mediator between stakeholders,
- Ensure the consistency of the supplier strategy with the objectives and challenges of the IT department,
- Act as a referent on operational clauses on supplier contracts: the evolution of the product / service catalog, support for non-standard requests and their negotiation with suppliers, communication on prices / contractual indicators, etc.
- Manage the administrative and financial relationship with suppliers and, if necessary, by preparing the steering committees, by following the technical and financial dashboards as well as the respect of service commitments, negotiating any penalties, in addition to the purchases and before the intervention of the legal,
- Ensure the organization's software compliance, in order to reduce the risks associated with editor audits,
- Optimize the uses and costs of licenses, maintenance and cloud services,
- Provide expertise and support to the IT Department, the Purchasing Department and the Legal Department in their technical and commercial relations with software editors
