Job Description & Responsibilities
•
• Act as a single point of contact and coordinate across HR and Business COE’s to ensure high quality data is available for People processes and analytics.
•Develop HR data quality framework, standards, data privacy, code of conduct and ethics policies
•Advise internally on data privacy, data transfers and educate and re-enforce HR global data standards.
•Ability to interpret new data privacy / data transfer legislation, provide recommendations and drive implementation of required actions
•Work with key stakeholders to resolve underlying reasons for data issues
•Monitor application users to ensure they are following the data governance procedures
•Advise, oversee and audit HR’s approach to data retention to ensure we comply with internal and external requirements
•Define and document data quality rules, KPI’s andmetrics and responsible for maintaining/ updating GRD (Global Reporting Definitions)
•Perform extensive and detailed data analysis necessary to ensure strict adherence to data quality
Desired Skills and Expertise
•Master’s degree in quality management, applied statistics or IT
•Minimum 6 years of proven experience of data governance in a global organization
•A deep understanding of information management practices including information lifecycle management, data modelling, master data management and carrying out business audits and requirements gathering.
•Experience working with SuccessFactors, Data Warehousing and analytics information domains
•Specialist knowledge of data governance principles and best practices (GDPR, Data privacy)
•Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create clear requirements, specifications, and documentation
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
•Ability to cope with ambiguity; to drive change and performance outcomes in a complex global environment.
