Designation:Director – Enterprise Sales
Location: Mumbai
Reporting to: BU Head – Enterprise Sales
What is the opportunity for this role?
- Pursue some of the largest deals in the industry for payment solutions
- Managing enterprise clients who are leaders in their markets
Responsibilities
- Create a strategic road map, plan, control and direct activities of sales teams to attain business objectives.
- Planning sales tactics, deal closures and revenue plan for the region
- Winning key accounts from competition and defending existing accounts
- Expert in the Payments industry with domain knowledge of digital payments is a key differentiator for this role.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-making teams of existing and prospective customers.
- Ensure all customer-oriented processes including Customer feedback is managed well for high Customer engagement.
- Responsible for competition mapping/ tracking market trends and industry benchmarks.
- Drive innovation and deliver business critical assignments

Educational Qualifications:
Preferably an MBA – with Specialisation in Sales and Marketing
Experience:
12 to 15 years in Sales, Services, Account Management in either of the following Industries:
Payments, Digital Payments, Banks on the Acquisition side, e-Commerce, IT Product companies
