Designation:Director – Enterprise Sales

Location: Mumbai

Reporting to:  BU Head – Enterprise Sales

What is the opportunity for this role?

  1. Pursue some of the largest deals in the industry for payment solutions
  2. Managing enterprise clients who are leaders in their markets

Responsibilities

  1. Create a strategic road map, plan, control and direct activities of sales teams to attain business objectives.
  2. Planning sales tactics, deal closures and revenue plan for the region
  3. Winning key accounts from competition and defending existing accounts
  4. Expert in the Payments industry with domain knowledge of digital payments is a key differentiator for this role.
  5. Build strong relationships with key decision-making teams of existing and prospective customers.
  6. Ensure all customer-oriented processes including Customer feedback is managed well for high Customer engagement.
  7. Responsible for competition mapping/ tracking market trends and industry benchmarks.
  8. Drive innovation and deliver business critical assignments

  • Passionate in understanding the full revenue picture from deal closure, adoption to long term renewal

Educational Qualifications:

Preferably an MBA – with Specialisation in Sales and Marketing

Experience:

12 to 15 years in Sales, Services, Account Management in either of the following Industries:

Payments, Digital Payments, Banks on the Acquisition side, e-Commerce,   IT Product companies
