The Opportunity

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Handle invoice disputes
  • Take care of payment disputes
  • Support clients with the requests
  • Prepare work procedures and documentation for the client’s onboarding
  • Cooperate actively with other departments
  • Use on daily bases customer support services systems
  • Approve invoices

Who Are We Looking For

  • At least high school education in technical specializations
  • Preferably, work experience with authorization/transactional/back-office systems
  • Fluent Czech or Slovak language knowledge
  • Good English language knowledge
  • As an advantage previous experience within the card/ payment industry
  • Willingness to learn and ability to cooperate within the team
