• Our department has to implement the new tools / solutions to protect our company regarding the Cyber Threats

Scope and main objectives

• As a Project Management Officer, you have to bring your expertise to structure and assist the management team to manage all our projects with the transversal view.
• To do that :
  • You will create report to have the progress overview on all our transformation projects
  • You will follow and verify to achieve our projects regarding the quality, the time and the cost
  • You will have the ability to communicate to all the level inside our company
  • You will follow all the financial aspect
  • You will follow the risks link to all the projects
  • You will ensure the quality of our projects

Context

• In order to onboard in your future position, you will be involved on an International Security Program with confirmed PMs and Technical Project Manager, easing your integration
• You will be part of the New Cyber Defense Center in Worldline

Main missions

• Define and Structure our communication to all the stakeholders
• Define and Structure our comitology
• Identify project risks on own perimeter and propose mitigation plan
• Follow-up execution linked to the potential issues during the project in a proactive manner

Profile

• Minimum 10 years of work experience in program management
• Motivated to work in an international environment

• Office Suite and Reporting Tools
