Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Compliance

• Entry point for all the compliance request by national and international schemes
• Coordination and supervisioning of the activities necessary to achieve the compliance with the standards and  directives
• Analysis of the regulation of national and international schemes to identify the areas of impact and intervention
• Involvement and coordination of the affected departments for the needed activities
• Documentation provided to the schemes (AML, due diligence, etc.)

Products (project support for scheme requirements)

• Licenses connected projects (MC Bin Migrations, Bpay)
• Products enhancements - analysis of requirements and impacts
• Support for the definition and monitoring of adaptation and implementation actions to product mandates
• New Products - analysis of requirements dead lines and impacts

Projects (end to end project managers)

• Coordination – as a business sponsor - for the implementation of projects cross on several activities/products according to the sheme mandate

Monitoring & reporting

• Data integrity monitoring
• PCI-DSS reporting
• QMR reporting
• Maintenance and updating of the Company documents

Site administration

• Mastercom business and security administration
• Bancomat on line administration

Signs of success:

• You will be constantly updated on the regulation of national and international schemes
• You will promptly report the non-compliance with the service levels by the Suppliers
• Through your coordination and supervision, you will ensure compliance with the standards and regulations of schemes

Skills we can’t do without:

• You have profound experience in the regulation of national and international schemes
• You have the ability to coordinate and supervise activities / projects aimed at operational efficiency
• You have a good knowledge of the English and Italian language
