Your day-to-day responsibilities include

  • Leading pre-sales in DACH, building trust, integrity and a common purpose to help unlock value beyond your role
  • You are passionate about our clients and bring value for their business through the solutions and services crafted and delivered
  • You actively engage throughout the pre-sales process to provide solution leadership and subject matter expertise in the pursuit of customer opportunities
  • Offering outstanding outcomes that our clients value and our business can profit from
  • You contribute extensively to Ingenico’s thought leadership both stimulating the debate and challenging the status quo.

  • You provide support to the German and Swiss leadership team in pursuit of our mission, supporting the identification, conversion and realisation of sales opportunities
  • Client happiness as a consequence of the advice and support you provide
  • You apply the latest business and market insight in the development of pre-sale capability across our people, process & tolling as well as in the conversion of new business

Skills we can’t do without

  • You’re built to lead and know what it takes to drive performance and lead transformation
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in a pre-sales, solution management or professional services role within a fast paced and sophisticated environment
  • Experience in the payment ecosystem / payment technologies (embedded applications, web-based solutions).
  • You have proven experience of contributing to the delivery of high value & sophisticated projects of work, in a technology environment
  • Management of collaborators of all levels of seniority, handling their expectations and satisfy their needs optimally.
  • You rapidly absorb and apply process or technical information, with a logical and analytical approach to problem solving
  • Excellent written and spoken business proficient German and English are required

Skills we’d like

  • You have a degree from a university in a technical or commercial subject
  • You are hands-on, autonomous, self-motivated and must enjoy working within a changing & dynamic organisation.
  • You are master communicator capable of influence, persuasion, facilitation and negotiation
