Context

In your role as Team Leader F/M, you will work closely with employees in Germany, Luxembourg, Belgium, France, India, Armenia and Bulgaria.

As a project leader, you will support internal and external stakeholders of the payment platform in your activities.

Our team 

We are an international product development team in the domain of credit card issuance and we work on major and strategic customer development and / or investment projects. Our products are managed on our own platforms, as well as in license mode, or in cloud mode.

Missions

Your experience as a project manager will allow you to manage a team of engineers using the agile methodology.

In this context, you will be required to travel abroad from time to time as you will be working in an international environment with multicultural teams. The mastery of English is therefore essential.

Your role will also allow you to lead the team, to plan tasks and to ensure their follow-up.

You will also be in charge of the individual development of each employee.

You will participate, depending on opportunities, in pre-sales and business development.

Profile

Engineering degree or university degree with a first experience in project management

You have experience in leading a software development process, experience in the banking, financial, accounting or payment market (issuing).

Your ability to manage teams of engineers allow you to ensure that costs, deadlines and quality of service are respected.

You master project planning and monitoring tools, you know how to define and direct the project approach.

You maintain a good technical level by knowing the different technical environments implemented (Java, JEE, Tapestry, Hibernate, SOAP, GIT, Jboss, Oracle ...) to qualify the chosen technical solutions and participate in the technical and functional evolution of products, solutions and offers of Worldline.
