The opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Offering Manager who is creative and result oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset to drive our offering initiatives in the Regional Business Go-To-Market division.

As one of Worldline Merchant Services’ Go-to-Market divisions, Regional Business focuses on supplying payment methods to regional businesses of all sizes helping them grow their business.

The offering manager focusing on the BENELUX scope will play a critical role in shaping our future offerings in the BENELUX region using local customer and competitive insights, defining our strategic market positioning and driving our continuous revenue growth and product adoption in the region.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include

  • You are accountable for the offerings in your portfolio and their experience.
  • You develop your offering portfolio across their lifecycle constantly iterating them in line w/ market needs
  • You engage and align on daily basis with key internal and external key stakeholders; sales, product, marketing, customer service and partners
  • You continuously track competitors’ offers and market evolutions to identify new opportunities or gaps
  • You handle new incoming opportunities/demands from sales/product management and act as the CEO of your offer portfolio to make the right business decisions
  • You translate technical product information to customer centric communication
  • You provide inputs to the marketing team to help them shape the marketing strategy
  • You execute analyses and use the outputs to adapt the offering strategy accordingly
  • You test your offering strategy in the market first-hand with customers

  • Your offerings portfolio empowers our sales team to achieve/overperform our commercial target
  • The time to market of new offerings/evolutions of existing offerings are in line with our commercial objectives

Skills we'd like:

It would be great if you have the following skills, too:

  • You have a bachelor or master’s degree
  • You have 5+ years experience as an offering or product manager
  • Previous experience in the payment sector is a plus
  • You are a critical thinker
  • You are empathic and a team player who is at ease managing internal and external stakeholders
  • You have experience in project management
  • You are data-driven and feel at ease analysing and deriving value added insights from large datasets
  • You are fluent in English, Dutch and/or French
