Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Acting as an agile Release Train Engineer for our Agile Release Train, including 4 DevOps teams.
Leading the APMO, managing and prioritizing our quarterly Program Increments. This decision board will set the priorities of the upcoming IP sprints and PIs.
Being an Agile owner of our IT change delivery Community of Practice and process coordinator towards Worldline.
Lead and coordinate for continuously exchange experiences and practices to develop our ways of working and processes under your ownership, including measures and grow reports.
When needed, support your team colleagues by managing incidents and projects throughout the entire life cycle.
Signs of success
You have demonstrable experience from working as an agile project coordinator or as SAFe RTE.
You are passionate about lean-agile ways of working and cultures, and how to make them work in a regulated environment (we are a payment institute with a license under the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority, Finansinspektionen).
You act as a role model for your team with attention to dedication, accountability, result, putting the team first!
You are comfortable handling many collaborators and prioritizations in a fast-paced international environment.
Skills we can't do without
You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience.
You are experienced in managing agile IT projects or as SAFe RTE.
You have the tendency to challenge the status quo and to always grow.
Teamwork, communication, and speaking your mind with respect to those around you are of high importance for us.
You are curious and have the willingness to grow and exchange your ideas and knowledge together with your teammates.
Proficiency in the English language.
Skills we'd like
Previous experience in implementing processes and guidelines, preferably from a regulated environment.
Experience acting in the role of IT Incident Manager.
Experience in the payment industry or any other FinTech domain
Experience from ITIL processes (IT Service Transition)
Experience in one or more of the following is also considered an advantage: Other agile models like Scrum and DevOps, Tools like Jira and Confluence, PRINCE2.
