As a member of the cCredit Organization in Hamburg you will be responsible for the business engineering and will take the role of product owner in the Scrum Development Team.

Your tasks

• Business Analysis of new requests (understanding business needs)
• Verify requests with Product Management that they are in line with the product evolution strategy and alignment with other stakeholders (projects, operations, sales, clients, …)
• Technical analysis of requirements and provision of technical specification if necessary
• Document management for requirements in Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint
• Provide guidance and coaching to other team members and relevant stakeholders
• Project participation

Your profile

• Engineer or Software developer (Master degree or equivalent), several years of professional experience
• Ideally experience in application development & testing (preferably embedded)
• Strong aptitude for analysis, a results-oriented worker, problem solver
• Drive for knowledge and technical skills
• Innovative attitude and technology minded
• Interested in quality
• Customer oriented
• Excellent team spirit
• Ideally leadership experience
• Good communication skills in German and English
