Stage – Junior innovation project manager

The Opportunity

For Worldline's IEC team, we are looking for an apprentice of Junior innovation Project Manager whose mission will be to lead co-creation workshops with our customers & partners, as well as to coordinate the organization of ad hoc events  with all stakeholders within Worldline  (marketing, communication, R&D, product managers).

You are the ideal candidate for this position if you are passionate about technology and innovation in general.  Organized and comfortable in an international environment, you have team spirit and are solution oriented.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities​

You are taking part in the event organisation of Worldline's Innovation & Experience Centre, located in La Défense.

Our goal is:

• To welcome our customers, partners and stakeholders in an immersive and modular space focused on experience, by offering them a hybrid experience mixing real and virtual worlds
• Express the value of Innovation by creating a digital ecosystem around Worldline's portfolio of products & services, based on content available within the Centre and accessible everywhere else (including on tablets)

Within the "Innovation & Expérience Centre" (IEC) team  and en collaboration with the marketing / com / solutions team, as well as Worldline's  internal customers, your mission includes 3 major axes:

1/ Management of innovation projects

• You take care of customer demand
• You offer workshops adapted to their specific business needs
• You organize, host, moderate, supervise and coordinate workshops within the IEC

2/ Management of experimental projects

• You take care of the customer need by defining the solution with the right technologies
• You define the roadmap of the evolutions of the center
• You control, track implementation and progress
• You carry out integrations and validation of experiences with internal customers

3/ Management ofIECoperations

• You take into account the requests of the customers and the planning of the events of the center
• You pilot, coordinate the preparations before the shows
• You welcome, moderate, supervise and support the shows

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

• Master Commerce, specialty in project management or international business
• Already had a first working experience in business environment
• Fluent in French
• English level B2 minimum – Effective communication,  written and oral
• Self-reliant and has excellent problem-solving skills
• Good ability to understand customer needs
• Good ability to communicate, multi-task, learn, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Interest in technology and innovation
• Experienced in the "payment" and/or "financial services" sectors
• Knows multimedia event management systems (audio, video, lights) is a plus
