Worldline Greece is one of the largest acquiring services companies in the Greek market which was established as part of the new strategic partnership between Eurobank and Worldline.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

•    Developing trusted advisor relationships with the strategically important accounts (key accounts) for day-to-day operation
•    Analyzing of the needs of these accounts for new products or services, drawing conclusions based on the information provided on trends in the use of cards
•    Formation of pricing for the profitable development of the activity, depending on the standard of use of the terminal (ratio of liquidation of our own and foreign cards)
•    Monitoring the evolution of sales budget per managed account and define a plan of actions for deviations
•    Identification and evaluation of competition actions
•    Coordination of the respective units with the aim of activating inactive businesses
•    Providing suggestions for the improvement & upgrading of processes in order to better serve businesses

Who Are We Looking For

We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what’s next – people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:

•    4+ years working in a similar senior role in multinational company
•    University Degree in Business or Marketing 
•    Excellent in spoken and written use of English language
•    Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel)
•    Organized team player with positive attitude
•    Strong negotiation skills with ability follow-through on client contracts
•    Excellent spoken and written communication skills
•    Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills
