The opportunity:

If you are a highly skilled Facilities Region Manager  (m,f,d) who has great time management, coordination and organizational abilities, then get ready to join part of the Logistics and Housing function. The position is located in Frankfurt, Germany, but enlarging to two other Countries in Austria and Switzerland.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • You manage Facilities Operations for company offices in the geography
  • You support Facilities Managers on all sites and countries
  • You take responsibility for property and maintenance of issues.
  • You support local projects for new offices and improvements of facility
  • You make sure that the building meets health and safety standards and legal requirements, including ISO 14001 certification
  • You establish Business Continuity, equipment and real estate durability
  • You set priorities, develop a work schedule, supervise progress towards goals, and track details/data/information/activities.
  • You generate strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results.
  • You evaluate situations to determine the importance, causes and risks, and make clear decisions and recommendations which are timely and in the interests of the company.

Skills we can’t do without:

  • Full working proficiency in English.
  • You have profound experience in facility manager or in a similar role.
  • You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • You have sophisticated communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Used to work with  Microsoft Office (Word – Excel – PowerPoint).
