Do you want to be part of our industry-leading payment company during an exciting time of rapid growth? We are currently looking for a commercial Strategy & Go-To-Market Lead to join our team at the Stockholm office.

As a Strategy & GTM Lead your responsibility is to set the strategy for what products and offers we need, to maximize sales and win market share in the Nordics. Tactically you will prioritize, prepare business cases and be the liaison between Sales and Product and Marketing. You will also coordinate new product launches and coordinate cross Nordic initiatives. You will propose acquisitions, partnerships and new collaborations where you see fit, both internally within the Group and externally to reach our strategy. You will have a central position within our Nordic Sales management team and ensure that we have a clear view of how we would like to address the market; what products, what segments and so on. As Worldline is a major player in the payment industry you will also be part of business development activities. You will work actively together with the Local managers in the Nordic countries, Marketing and Product but also with our Global colleagues when we introduce/share products and best practices. In this role you will report to Head of Nordics.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Prepare short term & long-term Sales Strategy
- Cross Nordic offering strategies
- Cross Nordic launches
- Coordinate projects cross the Nordic
- Engage cross BU (Europe) for knowledge sharing and best practice
- If not already, become an expert in payments and actively drive leadership in payments
Signs of Success:
Due to the scale and nature of the job, you have data driven mindset in combination with the ability to see “the big picture”. You can package ideas and present them to a senior audience. You also enjoy working in an international atmosphere and being a center point with multiple stakeholders is something that drives you. You demonstrate strong commercial knowledge, you have a proactive approach to finding solutions, and setting standards for the organization. Appetite towards the payment industry and eagerness to deepen your knowledge is highly welcome.
Skills we can’t do without:
- Full working proficiency in English and Swedish
- You have at least 10 years of proven experience in sales, GTM or similar commercial roles
- Master’s Degree (MBA or MSc in a technical field or Business Administration)
- You are a great communicator and excellent in stakeholder management
- You prove to be a self-motivated, hardworking, result-oriented professional with the capability to prioritize and to keep business focus.
