Your day-to-day responsibilities include
Investigating more complex customer inquiries and issues
Producing data reporting, analyzing log files, troubleshooting and debugging
Working with supporting our systems and solutions
Actively improve our ways of working, enhance the efficiency and quality of the product in collaboration with multiple teams throughout the company
Be responsible for your own projects and seeing the delivery from end to end

Skills we can't do without:
Exceptional problem solving, creative thinking, and analytical skills
Knowledge and understanding of databases and querying language (SQL)
Experience in programming
Experience working with a technical product/environment
Ability to take ownership of projects and look for new problems to solve and new concepts to implement
Have a strong personal drive and initiative and enjoy a working in a fast paced, high pressure, client-focused environment
Good interpersonal skills and a strong communicative ability in English
Skills we'd like:
Previous experience from the payment industry or from working in a regulated business
Knowledge of Atlassian tools such as Confluence and JIRA
